Living Calmness
Weekly Class
Wednesdays, 7-8:30 pm
This class, designed to return you to your natural state of being, features the
"Oneness Rhythm Exercise" as well as Ki Breathing, Ki Meditation, and gentle rhythmic
movements to allow you to experience living calmness in as little as six minutes a day.
You will learn the Four Principles of Mind Body Coordination and how they apply to your
daily life.
